Alrite, i gez it's time i stop mourning abt my own pain.
Thank you all for being concerned and advices.

Instead of wailing in pity, it's time i spend more time with God from now. When the tough gets going, pray doubly hard!

But i do believe that i have the right to b depressed. Juz let me be lar...

Last nite, i prayed a short prayer. And then i was wondering if i shd do a short quiet time, wonder wat God has to say to all these.

Then i was looking at a pile of books beside my bed. I have like 2 bibles, one NIV bible, one new king james version Study bible, a note book for QT and prayers, one ODB issue, some booklets and 2 christian books, and some overdued books from the lib. And i was tinking if i shd juz open the bible n read. But i saw the Purpose Driven life book that Jen bought mi for my presentin 2003 and yes i've still not finished reading the book. I reached over and took the book, opened it and it was a bookmark left halfway thru chapter 16.I was too tired to finish chapter 16 the last time i was reading this book. And gez what chapter 16 was abt? It was about love. Can't rem the exact title. But the section of the book which i haven't read was something about..real love takes time.

Then it really struck mi lor..the ans that i've failed to see.. That no matter what my parents have to deal with abt each other, my job is to give love, be by both of them. The rest i can't do much..there's nothing i can do bcos it's within my limits to help. So everything to God..

I flipped the pages alittle to the previous chapter. The last sentence of the book says this,' If any point of your life you feel unloved, insecure and afraid, remember to whom you belong to' Another affirmation tht God cares, and im loved.

There no need to rush. gd things must wait. Things will only b good if you handle them properly and time is required for almost all relationships to b built up.

ya that's all.....

i've added a daily verse from biblegateway to the blog and on the right hand side, where u see all the links, i've posted some photos...quite cool eh. not bad.

Last of all..something that i stumbled upon today as i go thru my list of favorites, lots of sites unorganised and left there to rot n die in my favorites folder..

Unfold The Rose

A new minister was walking with an older, more seasoned minister in the garden one day. Feeling a bit insecure about what God had for him to do, he was asking the older preacher for some advice.

The older preacher walked up to a rosebush and handed the young preacher a rosebud and told him to open it without tearing off any petals..

The young preacher looked in disbelief at the older preacher and was trying to figure out what a rosebud could possibly have to do with his wanting to know the will of God for his life and ministry. But because of his great respect for the older preacher, he proceeded to try to unfold the rose, while keeping every petal intact.

It wasn't long before he realized how impossible this was to do.

Noticing the younger preacher's inability to unfold the rosebud without tearing it, the older preacher began to recite the following poem...

It is only a tiny rosebud,
A flower of God's design;
But I cannot unfold the petals
With these clumsy hands of mine.
The secret of unfolding flowers
Is not known to such as I.
GOD opens this flower so easily,
But in my hands they die.
If I cannot unfold a rosebud,
This flower of God's design,
Then how can I have the wisdom
To unfold this life of mine?
So I'll trust in God for leading
Each moment of my day.
I will look to God for guidance
In each step of the way.
The path that lies before me,
Only my Lord knows.
I'll trust God to unfold the moments,
Just as He unfolds the rose

I pray that this poem n story blessed you as it has to me...
