A kind of very delicious tasting, weird looking vegetables found widely available in sarawak. It's called bilin! And some pple called it the dayak's vegetables..dayaks are the aborigines in sarawak. The veg looks alittle ancient, with the leaves and stalk at the end curled up. It's not avaliable in singapore..too bad. We love it so much that we HAVE to eat it everytime we go back, and i could even JUST have bilin for a meal and a bowl of rice. So deprieved.
