Wat the hell is this beautiful picture??! It's ahemm...a photo that i've captured from the microscope. Immunofluoresence signal of erm..isit CD8 (i think so..) in spleen cells. Bcos the antibody we used is..i think anti CD8..so the green signals are all CD8 while the blue ones are nucleus of cells.I'm so proud of my 1st ever sucessful immunoflorescent staining. :p
Enuff said abt the pic. Last nite i found some breath of life in my life. I met up with waitat, this crazy fellow who used to b my senior. Muz get to meet him in real life to know how unique this creation is...anyway, i begged him to help mi buy a 256mb mmc card for my beloved 7610, so that i can have like 60 songs in my hp and prob 1000 pics and watever crap there is to put in. He was to pass mi the card last nite. Cost $49.00. So we met up, crapped alittle and then he asked if i wanna keep the plastic bag. I said no..and ok we walked and there were chaos all over cos clementi central is having pasar malam now, he threw away the plastic bag with the receipt in it. We got some pasar malam snacks. Went to a nearby kopitiam sat down ate rojak tok crap more. And then i took out the card, attemped to fit into my hp but obviously the bloody card is like twice the size of the mmc slot. HE got the wrong size!! Cos his fren's hp used this big one..but mine is the reduced size one but i tot he knew who knows he didn't know! And rewind alittle.....we threw away the receipt. So we were whining n whining...even went to the dustbinS(cos he couldn't rem which one he threw) and attempted feebly to see if we could spot THAT plastic bag in the midst of all the other smiliar(actually they all look the same) plastic bags n all that junk food..yux...so there..i made him promise to go back to sim lim TODAY and beg the person to change that card. :(
Wat a sway day. I think he oso very sway. Y were we so stupid to throw away that plastic bag!! argh! ANyway, we parted. ANd then a call from Aaron saying he and the others are at clementi central. WOW so qiao. So i went over and look for them at S-11 kopitiam. WHo knows man..stayed till 12pm then he sent us home. Was great spending time with them. It's like that old familar feeling as if i;m back in AIA and almost 4got abt being stuck in a windowless lab. So yeah some breath of life last nite. Was soo goddamn tired?! I planned to actually go home n rest after meeting waitat cos i could barely keep myself awake at work aldy...but then the price to pay for some fun. Absolutely exhausted. Muz def rest early tonite!! Tomoro still going to xiaohui's place after work for some workout in the gym...............
I'm missing the food at AV(alexandra village..near AIA) market...oh man the food....salivating....
Anyway i heard if u don get enuff sunlight u fall sick easily? Or if u don get sunlight for a long time u might die? I think it's abit exaggerated. But then i could prove that getting no sunlight or SEEING no sunlight makes u feel sick and depressed. ANd i've got sick twice aldy since i came to this WINDOWLESS pit of a lab. I need my sun. I need my sunshine. I need vit D!!!
