::: SICK OF EVERYTHING :::

I'm sick of complaining abt sch aldy. So i'm gonna use the most NEUTRAL tone of mine to describe wat happened to me yesterday- my long long day in sch.

My sch started from 8 to 6+pm...8 to 10am was lecture and 12 to 6pm was lab. Yesh 6 hrs of labs. So interesting. Well the lab session was really quite interesting..or gross if u know wat we did. It was an immunology lab...immunology..u know? Ur immunity? B cells? T cells?? The white blood cells lar basically. I'm just giving u all some brief idea of wat is this module abt..( actually i too have not much clue wat's happening...but that's another story) We dissected a mouse. Yap our hands were stained with blood!!! Haha their hands were stained not mine. My group mate did the err cutting. We were supposed to send the mouse to death by using CO2..but thankfully the teaching assistants all did the killings for us b4 the lab and we onli recieved the dead mouse ( v young mice) to dissect. We were supposed to extract the spleen and thymus for experiment. No idea wat are those?? Organs lar... see? shd have gone to body worlds exhibition rite? haha.. Spleen produces B cells while thymus which is located above the heart produces T-cells. They r very impt in protecting us against diseases. At first i was really grossed out. The mouse looks so much like my hammies! And when they expose the organs..euuug...sick. But after a while u no longer see the mouse as a living thing or once a living thing anymore..in order to get the thymus, which is sitting above the heart? We had to cut the ribs of the mouse...eee But the ribs looked pretty fragile actually.. Anyway, we were just "playing" ard the with the organs, it's interesting wat. After all we r life sciences students, it's so interesting to check out the organs...and it's fresh...not preserved in the anatomy lab. We found the fallopian tube of the mouse and it looks so much like a human's one. And it's womb too. Have i freak all of u up?? Sorrie frens :) I shall stop here..hee. Anyway the lab lasted for 6 hrs lar..i can't imagine how i went thru that..I almost fell asleep during the lab cos i was THAT tired.
I met my ex jc classmate Eric. Woah..to think i tok to him more than i ever tok to him while in jc for that 2 yrs. His complexion has changed so much...became so much better. He used to give me an impression that he's very dao and has some attitude prob..but chatting with him again changed my impression of him totally...suddenly he has become so chatty.
Anyway this whole week had been pretty tiring for me cos there were alot of long days. So sorry deying..i didn't even check my mail if not i would have emailed u back. I think u're out now anyway so email u oso no pt..tok over the phone lar.. :)
