::: Shopping and bible study:::
As i have mentioned b4, my bible study has changed from sunday after church service to saturday evening 7.30pm. I was quite bothered by it at 1st..now i have come to terms with it lar. But it's quite irritating still. I wan to go shopping..and enjoy myself but i have to get back to church by 7.30pm..that would mean i would have to eat dinner b4 7 or something and that means i have less time to shopping.. i'm so complainy..haha. Yeah so i was dreading to go church while i was shopping..quite bad huh. And hsiaolin isn't going and i'm beginning to feel alittle left out cos there were some new pple in the bible study and i don exactly know them yet...me and my socialising problems again...But in the end the bible study turned out to b v fruitful and i had a chance to talk to the 2 new gals..Amy and Juvena. I think my bible study grp is getting very colorful. Amy bought her guy cousin Joshua too and he's in ngee ang poly film sound and video...i think that's the course name. Quite interesting..and i found out that AMy is a nursing student! That is so damn cool...and juvena was an architecture student but switched course after yr 1 to go to engineering...yap glad i went.. :)
Shopping wasn't very interesting.. i finally found a sweater for myself and it's pink hee. I LOVE IT!!! cos it's pink and it's so sweet i can't help loving it. ANd it's onli 20 bucks. That's all that i bought. Nothing really suits me although there r sales everywhere. That is really sad.

I was reading abit of newspaper today and i saw that MOE is allowing the B-class mother tongue option to b avaliable to students in sec 1 instead of sec 3...something like that rite?? And it was an article abt a mother saying how much it pains her to see her child suffer, having to spend more than half his revision time on chinese and still gets D for his psle or something...i didn't read on. I was thinking that this really sux. The chinese standard has aldy dropped so much and s'pore is allowing it to drop even further?? Then y can't they do it to english language?? create a B-class thingie for english too lar? So chinese is not tat impt?? Was our chinese standard that hard to go thru for us back then?? R u a bloody chinese?? OR a BANANA. How can u being a chinese not able to speak fluent chinese and write chinese characters? If MOE came up with this decision based on the nationwide mandarin score, ie that too many students are failing their chinese, then i think the policy sux...instead of making chinese interesting and teachable, they r encouraging the standard to drop. Mayb my views are alittle too extreme. I donoe. I just feel that MOE sux. Apparently yicai don think they sux...he thinks that they have done a gd job most of the time ( except this chinese thing though) But still i think they totally sux....and it's most of the time.... :D
