:: Happy new YR my frens!!::
This yr's new yr eve celebration was horrible i must say. I fell sick on tuesday after watching my 2nd round of LORD OF THE RINGS. Can't u believe it? I watched the show AGAIN....yicai was so ONZ abt watching it again...catching all the war scenes etc...I just dreaded sitting in for another 3 hrs that's all. Hey but i must say even though i'm watching it for the 2nd time, the show is still as gd and exciting. I simply just love the show!! aww!!!! I don mind watching for the 3rd time u know ...but i would leave tht to the DVD when it comes out haha ( can choose scenes,don need to watch 3 hrs..)
Oh my..i'm drifting away from my pt...as i was saying..ahem..i fell sick
:( i'm down with cold lar. After a visit to my sch's doctor and the recent fujian flu virus, i've come to realise that i can't use cold and flu term interchangably..sneezing and running nose and all that, it was driving me nuts. I can't believe i fell sick again just after a few days after i recovered from sore throat :( That definetely got me very agitated lor......T_T very sad.
I slept thru almost whole of my new yr eve. Couldn't find the medicine for my cold..had to call my mom in m'sia to ask her wat to take and got scolded the shit out of me :p Apparently she's also sick and she couldn't take my nonsense of not listening to her when she was telling me where the medicine were a mth back. But then my bro took the medicine wat............so i couldn't find wat..................still got scolded sobs..
OH btw my hamster bearbear seemed to b sick...it can't even open its eyes and it's sleeping way too much. I'm really worried...hai~~did i pass my cold to it???haiiiiiiiii
ANyway the story goes that i woke up ard 8pm and was supposed to celebrate with yicai's frens..arthur n his gf and T-lum and he's prob bringing his gf too. But at that moment T-lum mesg and told yicai that he's joining his bro for celebration instead. So as USUAL that when one person gets out of the thing, arthur was sian too and didn't wan to join us too. SO where do we go? Both of us wan a quiet new yr celebration...not too many pple n such....but there's no where to go!! Both of us were so sian and irritated hmmph. We haven't had our dinner so after much sianness and thinking we finally decided to go HV and have a proper nice dinner. We went NYDC.
HV was pretty quiet..expected to have more pple but then again mayb the pple only comes in near countdown. There was even a temporary police trunk set up there u know...abit weird..
And guess who called when we were just having our ovenbaked 3 amingos?? T-lum!! He asked where we are and aparently he was with his gf eating ard HV...so he popped by and chatted with us for abit. I wanted to tell him straight in the face, " do u know y we r eating ALONE here? Because some idiot didn't think of the consequences of backing out!" I just don understand y GUYS simply don understand the virtue of thinking of the consequences whenever they make a decision. The world doesn't evolve ard them u know ... everything is linked and affected. HAI~ but me and yicai couldn't bothered more aldy. We have made up our minds to enjoy ourselves alone so after our dinner we went to buy some white wine(red wine sold out?) and went home. Blae don like white wine ..that's all i could say :(
Hey could see some weird interesting fireworks from my hse after the countdown...in the direction of sentosa. it's just weird stuffs...they shot them up into the sky but the red light doesn't explode like normal fireworks..it just stayed that way and slowly fall down or rather it looks like it float down to the ground..pretty interesting lor haha. I'm just feeling that we are all getting old or wat. I mean this yr's celebration for me was very quiet...I didn't wan to join in those crazy stupid countdowns ..and i gez for most of my frens, they stayed home too. Yeah new yr eve is just another day isn't it? I donoe man...when i was younger in sec or jc days it was always must go party n stuffs...now nah.. I think we have all grown old my dear frens..WE ARE ADULTS NOW...yes we are *grim* HAI~ that is so sad...we have become as boring as THOSE adults!! eek...
Enuff complaining now.. Wishing all my frens a happy happy new yr and may 2004 be a wonderful and blessed yr for all of us yeah :) Nites frens
